摘  要:以飞行器舵/翼前缘典型工况为背景,研制尖楔外形疏导式热防护试验模型,开展了原理验证试验及有限元数值计算,研究布置脉动热管的疏导式热防护结构的传热性能。疏导式热防护结构内部设置充装碱金属工质的脉动热管,完成580kW/m2和1000kW/m^(2)两种热载荷条件的石英灯辐射加热试验,脉动热管在550~600℃温度范围内正常启动并保持正常工作不少于1000s。依据地面试验结果对防热结构等效热物性进行拟合,稳定段等效热导率可达1500kW/(m·K)。开展疏导式热防护结构在翼盒单元中的应用模拟,在1000~2000kW/m^(2)热流条件下,采用疏导式热防护结构后的翼盒单元最高温度降低24.96%、冷-热端温差降低60.02%,显著提高了翼盒单元在局部高热条件下的服役能力。Based on the typical flying condition of the hypersonic vehicle front edge,a wedge shape heat protection test model with pulsating heat pipe is developed.The verification ground experiment and finite element numerical simulation are contacted to study the heat performance of the distributed pulsating heat pipes.Pulsating heat pipes are filled with alkaline metal materials,which are installed inside the dredging thermal protection structure,complete two loading condition(580kW/m^(2) and 1000kW/m^(2))tests of quartz lamp radiation heating.Pulsating heat pipes start when the wall temperature reaches 550~600℃ and keep working normally for more than 1000 second.According to the results of the ground test,the equivalent thermal properties of the thermal structure are fitted,the stabilized state equivalent thermal conductivity can reach 1500kW/mK.Calculating the airfoil box unit model with dredge heat protection structure to estimate the thermal performance.Under 1000~2000kW/m^(2) heat flux condition,the maximum temperature reduces by 24.96%and the cold-heat temperature difference reduces by 60.02%using the dredged thermal protection structure,which significantly improves the thermal performance of the airfoil box unit.
