摘　　要：为解决SRAM型FPGA配置用国产FLASH PROM数据失效导致系统配置不成功的问题,从失效因素和失效机理等方面进行了分析。分析认为芯片上电复位电压阈值过低是导致故障出现的原因,根据分析结果给出了针对PROM数据失效问题的技术和管理两方面防护措施,并对技术防护措施有效性进行了仿真验证,证明措施有效。In order to solve the problem of unsuccessful system configuration caused by the failure of domestic FLASH PROM data for SRAM-type FPGA configuring,the failure factors and mechanism are analyzed.According to the analysis results,the technical and management protection measures for prom data failure are given,and the effectiveness of the technical protection measures is verified by simulation,which proves that the measures are effective.
