摘　　要：本文对标新时代高校党建“双创”工作标杆院系重点建设任务,党总支通过“五个强化”,实施“五大工程”,树党建“潮”牌,推进实现“五个到位”进行了有益探索和尝试,形成了独具特色的1255党建工作模式,为“双高”建设提供坚强的组织保障。This paper makes a beneficial exploration and attempt to mark the key construction tasks of colleges and departments as the benchmark of"entrepreneurship and innovation"of Party Construction in Colleges and universities in the new era.The general Party branch implements the"five projects"through"five strengthening",builds the"tide"brand of party construction,and promotes the realization of"five in place",forming a unique 1255 party construction work mode,which provides a strong organizational guarantee for the construction of"double highs".
