摘　　要：目的探讨智能化小打卡程序在乳腺癌术后早期功能锻炼中的应用。方法采用便利抽样法选取2019年6月至2020年6月行乳腺癌手术的104例患者,采用时间分组的方法将2019年6—12月的患者设为对照组,2020年1—6月的患者设为观察组。对照组按照个案护理及全程管理模式进行,观察组在对照组基础上增加手机检控,采用打卡模式进行管理,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组的运动依从性为96.15%,高于对照组的63.46%;观察组的并发症总发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的26.92%,观察组的患者满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的96.15%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在乳腺癌术后早期康复训练中应用智能化小打卡程序,能有效提升患者康复训练依从性,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the application of intelligent clocking-in applet in early functional exercise after breast cancer operation.Methods A total of 104 patients undergoing breast cancer surgery from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected by convenient sampling method,and they were divided into the control group(from June 2019 to December 2019)and the observation group(from January 2020 to June 2020)according to the time grouping method.The control group was treated with conventional postoperative nursing and out-of-hospital continuous guidance,while the observation group was combined with mobile phone monitoring on the basis of the control group,and clocking-in mode was adopted to manage.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The exercise compliance of the observation group was 96.15%,which was higher than 63.46%of the control group.The incidence of complication in the observation group was 7.69%,which was lower than 26.92%in the control group.The patients′satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 96.15%of the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent clocking-in applet in early functional exercise after breast cancer operation can effectively boost the compliance of rehabilitation exercise,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the patients′satisfaction.
