摘 要:弧面分度凸轮的工作廓面为复杂的空间不可展曲面,很难采用常规的方法进行测量与评价。通过分析弧面凸轮廓面的特征,结合等距曲面的特点,提出了一种基于特征线的弧面分度凸轮廓面快速测量方法。通过三坐标测量机搭配精密转台构成测量系统,对弧面凸轮工作廓面的特征线进行测量,提高了测量速度,直接对弧面凸轮等距模型轮廓度误差进行评定,避免了测头半径补偿;通过实验验证了测量方法的可行性,对实验结果进行了分析处理,达到了实际需求。研究内容为实现弧面凸轮设计、加工、测量一体化提供了理论依据和关键技术。The working profile of the arc-face indexing cam is a complex space that cannot be developed.It is difficult to measure and evaluate with conventional methods.In this paper,we put forward a rapid measurement method of cambered cam profile based on characteristic lines by analyzing the characteristics of the cambered cam profile and combining the features of the equidistant curved surface.The measurement system is formed by a coordinate measuring machine(CMM)with a precision turntable,which measures the characteristic lines of the working profile of the arc cam,which improves the measurement speed,directly evaluates the profile error of the cam isometric model,and avoids the probe radius compensation.The feasibility of the measurement method was verified through experiments,and the experimental results were analyzed and processed,and the actual requirements were met.The research content provides theoretical basis and key technology for realizing the integration of globular cam design,processing and measurement.
