摘　　要：公共卫生包括了重大疾病尤其是传染病的预防、监控和治疗,新发突发传染病的不断出现对公共卫生医师提出了新的挑战。为提高公共卫生医师岗位胜任力,更好地做好“医防结合”,必须进一步加强公共卫生医师在医院感染管理方面的规范化培训,但目前尚无统一的培训方案。本文介绍了浙江大学医学院附属第一医院的公共卫生医师医院感染管理规范化培训试点方案及其可操作性的做法,在总结实践经验的基础上,对完善公共卫生医师医院感染管理规范化培训方案等相关问题,提出了操作性的建议。Public health includes the prevention,monitoring and treatment of major diseases,especially infectious diseases,and the continuous emergence of emerging infectious diseases poses new challenges to public health physicians.In order to improve the ability of public health physicians,the training of public health physicians in the management of nosocomial infection is more important.Until now,there is no unified training program.This article summarizes the experience of public health physicians in the standardized training on nosocomial infection management.
