摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是培养合格临床医师的必经途径,而住院医师规范化培训工作重点是切实加强师资队伍建设。我院通过第一届青年师资培训实践,探索青年师资培训体系建设,构建了三级培训体系:报名遴选体系、过程培训体系、考核体系。第一届青年师资38人通过遴选参加培训,33人根据综合考核合格标准获得了青年师资培训结业证书。我院探索和实践的住院医师规范化培训青年师资培训体系完整实用,可操作性强,可以多届反复实施,值得推广应用。Standardized resident training is the only way to train qualified clinicians,and the focus of standardized resident training is to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.Through the practice of the First Youth Teacher Training,our college explored the construction of the youth teacher training system,and constructed three-level training system:registration and selection system,process training system and examination system.In the first session,38 young teachers were selected to participate in the training,and 33 of them obtained the certificate of completion of the training for young teachers according to the comprehensive assessment criteria.The standardized training of resident doctors and young teacher training system explored and practiced in our hospital is complete and practical,with strong operability.It can be implemented repeatedly for multiple sessions,and is worthy of popularization and application.
