血糖测量导引式补糖规范管理在糖尿病肾病血透患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察血糖测量导引式补糖规范管理在糖尿病肾病血透患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年1-12月于我院行维持性血透干预的糖尿病肾病患者80例为研究对象,2019年1-6月接受常规摄食管理的40例为对照组,2019年7-12月接受血糖测量导引式补糖规范管理的40例为试验组,比较2组干预后的各项观察指标。结果:试验组患者干预后低血糖发生率为1.03%,显著低于对照组的4.05%,护理满意度评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用血糖测量导引式补糖规范管理对糖尿病肾病血透者进行干预,可显著降低其透析治疗期低血糖发生风险,提高透析护理满意度。[Objective]To observe the application effect of standardized glucose administration guided by blood glucose measurement in hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy. [Method]A total of 80 diabetic nephropathy patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis intervention in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as research samples. The 40 patients who received routine food intake management from January to June 2019 were the control group,and the 40 patients who received the standardized management of blood glucose measurement guided sugar supplementation from July to December 2019 were the experimental group. The observation indexes after the intervention of the two groups were compared. [Result]The incidence of hypoglycemia in experimental group after intervention was1. 03%,significantly lower than 4. 05% in control group,and the nursing satisfaction score was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05).[Conclusion] The use of glycemic guidance and sugar management to intervene the hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy can significantly reduce the risk of hypoglycemia during dialysis treatment and improve the satisfaction degree of dialysis nursing.
