摘　　要：舞龙运动作为我国民族传统体育中的重要一支,凝结了中国传统的龙文化、节日文化、民俗文化的哲学思想和意义内涵,是中国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分。高校应大力推广和发展舞龙运动,积极探索龙文化与高校舞龙的融合途径,让更多的大学生参与其中,使其认识到民族传统文化的魅力。As an important branch of China’s traditional national sports, dragon dance condenses the philosophy and significance of Chinese traditional dragon culture, festival culture and folk culture. It is not only a living cultural memory reflecting the cohesion of Chinese nation, but also an important part of Chinese excellent traditional culture. Colleges and universities should vigorously promote and develop dragon dance, actively explore the integration of dragon culture and university dragon dance, let more college students participate in it, make them realize the charm of national traditional culture.
