摘 要:为提高圆钢管混凝土的黏结性能,进行了12个大尺寸圆钢管混凝土试件的推出试验。钢管内部构造措施包括无构造、内置竖向肋板、内置钢管和拉结板、内置环向肋板等6种;采用2种水胶比的核心区高强混凝土。通过各试件的破坏特征、荷载-滑移曲线和应变,分析了不同构造和不同水胶比对圆钢管混凝土黏结性能的影响,并得到了环向肋板抗剪强度的计算方法。研究结果表明:无构造的圆钢管高强混凝土荷载-滑移曲线存在陡降段,设置构造措施可减弱陡降段;环向肋构造可大幅提高界面黏结强度和耗能能力,环向肋竖向肋的组合构造对于改善界面黏结性能效果最好,钢筋笼对黏结性能影响不大;混凝土与钢管的黏结强度随混凝土水胶比降低而升高。In order to improve the bond behavior of concrete filled circular steel tubes(CFCSTs),12 large-size CFCST specimens were pushed out.The internal structural measures of steel pipes include six types:no constructions,built-in vertical ribs,built-in steel tube and pulling plates,and built-in circular ribs and high-strength concrete was used in the core area with two water-binder ratios.Through the failure characteristics,load-slip curves and strains of the specimens,the influence of different constructions and different water-binder ratios on the bond behavior of CFCSTs was analyzed,and the calculation method of the shear strength of the circular ribs was obtained.The results of the study show that the load-slip curves of CFCSTs with no constructions have steep descent section,which can be weakened by setting constructions;the bond strength and the energy dissipation capacity can be greatly improved by the circular ribs;the combination of vertical ribs and circular ribs has the best effect on improving the interface bond performance;the reinforcement cage has little effect on bond behavior;the interfacial bond strength increases with the decrease of the concrete water-binder ratio.
