摘  要:提出蒸压砂加气保温板外墙外保温系统,采用专用连接件和拉筋连接蒸压砂加气保温板和混凝土墙体。为对该系统的受力情况及破坏形式进行研究,分别对四片L形截面墙体和两片T形截面墙体进行低周反复加载试验,并进行数值模拟分析。试验现象表明:保温板的开裂情况均轻于混凝土墙体本身,而L形截面墙体由于扭转效应使得其保温板的开裂情况较T形截面墙体严重;连接件及拉筋能显著限制并延缓保温板与墙体剥离,确保混凝土墙体破坏时,保温板不脱落。通过试验结果分析发现:在混凝土墙体发生破坏时,连接件及拉筋应力增长明显,但应力数值小于屈服强度的50%。在与试验近似的加载条件下,系统的数值模拟分析结果与试验结果吻合良好。The external thermal insulation system of the autoclaved sand aerated insulation board was proposed,and it adopted special connectors and pulling steel bars to connect the autoclaved sand aerated insulation board and the concrete wall.In order to study the stress situation and failure mode of the system,the reversed cyclic loading was carried out on four L-section and two T-section walls respectively,and then numerical simulation analysis was carried out.The experimental phenomena show that the cracking of the insulation board is lighter than that of the concrete wall itself,while the cracking of the insulation board of the L-section wall is more serious than that of the T-section wall due to the torsion effect.connectors and pulling steel bars can significantly limit and delay the insulation board stripping from the wall,ensuring that the insulation board does not fall off when the concrete wall is damaged.Through the analysis of test results found that when the concrete wall is damaged,the stress of the connectors and pulling steel bars increase obviously,but the stress value is less than 50%of the yield strength.Under the similar loading condition to the test,the numerical simulation results of the system agree well with the test results.
