摘 要:穿刺活检取样是一种获取骨与软组织肿瘤组织从而进行病理诊断的主要方法,实现这一过程所用的穿刺针被广泛应用于组织取样、局部药物投放等医疗手段中。穿刺针表面的润滑程度以及表面微纹理与穿刺过程的摩擦受力、组织的粘连以及针体的弯曲程度息息相关,对穿刺针的表面进行优化可以很好地改善穿刺过程中摩擦力、针体的偏转以及对软组织的损伤程度。文章探究了不同的应用于穿刺针表面的处理方式,制备相关的试验材料以及表面优化穿刺针,利用两组不同的试验研究不同表面处理方法形成的优化穿刺针对穿刺过程的各方面影响。研究表明,与常规的穿刺针相比,针体表面添加涂层与微纹理能够极大的减小穿刺过程中的摩擦力以及穿刺过程针的偏转,同时改善组织粘连的问题。其中涂层对于减小穿刺力的作用非常明显,而表面微织构的存在能够更有效地防止组织与针体的粘连,对于阻止针体偏转,表面涂层与微纹理具有相似的效率,这对于研究生物组织与医用穿刺针表面的界面特征以及开发新型的医疗穿刺针具有指导意义。Needle biopsy sampling is a main method to obtain bone and soft tissue tumor tissue for pathological diagnosis.The puncture needle used to realize this process is widely used in tissue sampling,local drug delivery and other medical means.The degree of lubrication and surface micro-texture of the puncture needle surface are closely related to the friction force,tissue adhesion and the bending degree of puncture needle.Optimization of the puncture needle surface can reduce the friction force,improve the deflection of puncture needle and the degree of soft tissue damage during the needle insertion.Different treatment methods are explored to apply on puncture needle surface and prepared relevant experimental materials and optimized puncture needle.Two different groups of experiments are established to investigate the various aspects influence on puncture process when use the optimized puncture and the conventional needle without surface treatment.It is showed that compared with conventional puncture needles,the addition of coating and micro-texture on the surface of puncture needle body can greatly reduce the friction force and the deflection of puncture needle during needle insertion.At the same time,it can improve the problem of tissue adhesion.The coating has an obvious effect on reducing puncture force and the existence of surface micro-texture can prevent the adhesion between tissue and needle body more effectively.The surface coating and micro-texture have similar efficiency to prevent the deflection of needle body which has a guiding significance for the development of innovative medical puncture needle.
