摘　　要：从环跳穴的取穴方法、主治病症及得气手法与候气等方面对蔡圣朝主任医师应用环跳穴治疗疾病的经验进行了总结,并附其采用环跳穴治疗坐骨神经痛、肋间神经痛、急性淋巴管炎、性功能障碍的4则典型病案。This paper summarizes the experience of archiater CAI Shengchao in the treatment of diseases with Huantiao( GB 30) from the aspects of acupoint-selecting methods,indications,obtaining qi manipulation and awaiting qi,etc. Four typical medical cases of sciatica,intercostal neuralgia,acute lymphangitis and sexual disorder treated with Huantiao point are attached.
