温阳止眩汤加味辅助治疗眩晕症痰浊中阻证38例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察温阳止眩汤加味辅助治疗眩晕症痰浊中阻证的临床疗效。方法将76例眩晕症痰浊中阻证患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各38例。对照组给予常规西医对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予温阳止眩汤加味治疗,2组均治疗15 d。比较2组治疗前后眩晕残障量表(DHI)评分及左侧椎动脉(LVA)、右侧椎动脉(RVA)、基底动脉(BA)的平均血流速度(Vm)。结果治疗后2组DHI评分均明显降低,LVA、RVA的Vm均明显升高,治疗组BA的Vm明显升高,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组对各项指标的改善作用更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温阳止眩汤加味联合常规西药可升高眩晕症痰浊中阻证患者的动脉Vm,降低DHI评分,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Wenyang Zhixuan Tang( 温阳止眩汤) in adjuvant treatment of vertigo with phlegm-turbidity obstructing middle-energizer syndrome. Methods Seventy-six cases of vertigo with phlegm-turbidity obstructing middle-energizer syndrome were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine Western medicine symptomatic treatment,on this basis,the treatment group was given modified Wenyang Zhixuan Tang. After 15 days of treatment for both groups,the dizziness handicap inventory( DHI) score and the mean blood flow velocity( Vm) of left vertebral artery( LVA),right vertebral artery( RVA) and basilar artery( BA) before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups. Results After treatment,the DHI scores of the 2 groups significantly decreased,the Vm of LVA and RVA significantly increased,the Vm of BA in the treatment group significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with same group before treatment( P<0.05),moreover,the improvement of the treatment group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that of the control group after treatment( P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Wenyang Zhixuan Tang combined with routine Western medicines can increase the arterial Vm of patients with phlegm-turbidity obstructing middle-energizer syndrome,reduce DHI score,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
