梅花针叩刺放血及拔罐联合常规西药治疗急性期带状疱疹36例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察梅花针叩刺放血及拔罐联合常规西药治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将71例急性期带状疱疹患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组35例、治疗组36例。对照组予常规西药(阿昔洛韦片、醋酸泼尼松片、甲钴胺片、普瑞巴林胶囊、维生素B1)口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合梅花针叩刺放血及拔罐治疗,治疗1周后比较2组的临床疗效、疱疹平均结痂时间以及治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果治疗后2组VAS评分均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组疱疹平均结痂时间为(3.5±1.0) d,治疗组为(2.0±0.5) d,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为74.28%(26/35),治疗组为94.45%(34/36),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论梅花针叩刺放血及拔罐联合常规西药治疗急性期带状疱疹疗效显著,能明显减轻患者疼痛,促进疱疹结痂。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herpes zoster in acute stage treated by plum-blossom needle tapping bloodletting and cupping combined with routine Western medicines. Methods Seventy-one patients with herpes zoster in acute stage were divided into control group with 35 cases and treatment group with 36 cases according to random number table method. The control group was given oral administration of routine Western medicines( acyclovir tablets,prednisone acetate tablets,mecobalamine tablets,pregabalin capsules and vitamin B1).The treatment group was treated with plum-blossom needle tapping bloodletting and cupping based on the therapeutic method of the control group. After one week of treatment,the clinical efficacy,average scab time of herpes and visual analogue scale( VAS) score before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups. Results After treatment,the VAS scores of the 2 groups significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the same group before treatment( P<0.05),moreover,the decrease of the treatment group was more significant,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group after treatment( P <0.05). The average scab time of herpes in the control group was( 3.5±1.0) days and( 2.0±0.5) days in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups( P<0.05). The total effective rate was 74.28%( 26/35) in the control group and 94.45%( 34/36) in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups( P<0.05). Conclusion It has marked efficacy,can markedly alleviate the pain of the patients and promote herpes scab to use plum-blossom needle tapping bloodletting and cupping combined with routine Western medicines in treating herpes zoster in acute stage.
