浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究概况

摘　　要：查阅近几年的相关文献,从单纯浮针治疗、浮针联合其他方法治疗两大方面总结浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究概况,指出浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,具有操作简便、安全性高、取穴少、治疗时间短、起效迅速、无须留针、无须麻醉、刺浅而治深等优点。发现目前有关浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究缺少可视化的客观数据指标及远期疗效观察,今后应针对以上问题,进行深入研究,从而进一步挖掘浮针疗法的优势,提高临床疗效。By consulting the relevant literature in recent years,this paper summarizes the clinical research situation of Fu’s subcutaneous needling in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation( LDH) from two aspects including Fu’s subcutaneous needling treatment alone and Fu’s subcutaneous needling combined with other methods.It points out that Fu’s subcutaneous needling has marked curative efficacy in the treatment of LDH,having the advantages of simple operation,high safety,less selecting acupoints,short treatment time,instant effect,no need of retaining needle,no need of anesthesia,with shallow needling and deep treatment. It is found that the current clinical research on the treatment of LDH with Fu’s subcutaneous needling is lack of visualized objective data index and longterm curative efficacy observation. In the future,we should conduct indepth research on the above problems,so as to further tap the advantages of Fu’s subcutaneous needling therapy and improve the clinical curative effect.
