摘　　要：2019年突发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴露出医疗机构传统的预检分诊模式的诸多缺陷,亟需对预检分诊模式进行改进。由于信息化和远程通信技术的快速发展和普及,远程预检分诊将成为预检分诊的有益补充。故对突发公共卫生事件中多平台远程预检分诊模式的构建进行探讨,介绍远程预检分诊平台的筛选及多平台远程预检分诊模式的实施方法,设计多平台远程预检分诊平台的整体结构和工作流程,分析其应用于突发公共卫生事件的优势与不足。多平台远程预检分诊模式的构建有利于更加高效、便捷地为患者服务,提高患者的就医体验,减少院内交叉感染的发生,确保医患生命安全。The outbreak of corona virus disease 2019( COVID-19) revealed many defects in the traditional pre-examination triage mode of medical institutions;therefore,it is urgent to improve the mode of pre-examination triage. Due to the rapid development and popularization of information technology and remote communication technology,remote pre-examination triage will become a useful supplement to pre-examination triage. This paper discusses the construction of multi-platform remote pre-examination triage mode in public health emergencies,introduces the screening of remote pre-examination triage platform and the implementation method of multi-platform remote preexamination triage mode,designs the overall structure and workflow thereof,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of its application in public health emergencies. The construction of multi-platform remote pre-examination triage mode is conducive to more efficient and convenient service for patients,improve the seeking medical advice experience of patients,reduce the occurrence of cross infection in hospital,and ensure the life safety of doctors and patients.
