摘 要:为了探讨巴特肯羊×柯尔克孜羊F1代(简称巴柯F1代)体重与体尺的相关关系以及杂交效果,试验选取营养状况良好、健康的12月龄巴柯F1代100只(公、母各半)和5月龄柯尔克孜羊、巴柯F1代各35只,测量体重与体尺指标[胸围(X_(1))、体长(X_(2))、体高(X_(3))和管围(X_(4))],比较分析柯尔克孜羊与巴柯F1代及巴柯F1代公羊与母羊之间体重及体尺差异,并对巴柯F1代公羊与母羊的体重及体尺进行相关性分析、通径分析以及逐步回归分析,最后建立最优回归方程。结果表明:巴柯F1代的体重与体尺指标均极显著高于柯尔克孜羊(P<0.01);巴柯F1代公羊的体重与体尺指标均极显著高于母羊(P<0.01);巴柯F1代公、母羊的体尺指标均与体重均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),对公、母羊体重直接作用最大的体尺指标均为体长,间接作用最大均为体高;巴柯F1代公羊的体重与体尺指标间的最优回归方程为Y=0.558 X_(1)+0.596 X_(2)+0.448 X_(3)-71.146(R^(2)=0.836,P<0.01),母羊为Y=0.299 X_(3)+0.458 X_(2)+0.554 X_(1)-53.288(R^(2)=0.803,P<0.01)。说明巴柯F1代的改良效果较优,影响其体重的重要体尺指标为体高、体长、胸围。In order to explore the correlation between body weight and body size of F1 generation of Batken sheep×Kirgiz sheep and the effect of crossbreeding,in this experiment,one hundred healthy 12-month-old F1 generation of Batken sheep×Kirgiz sheep(half male and half female),thirty-five 5-month-old Kirgiz sheep and thirty-five 5-month-old F1 generation of Batken sheep×Kirgiz sheep were selected to measured their body weight and body size(chest circumference[X_(1)]、body length[X_(2)]、body height[X_(3)]、circumference of cannon bone[X_(4)]).The difference of body weight and body size between Kirgiz sheep and F1 generation of Batken sheep×Kirgiz sheep and between ram and ewe of F1 generation of Batken sheep×Kirgiz sheep were compared and analyzed,and the correlation analysis,path analysis and stepwise regression analysis were carried out for the body weight and body size of F1 generation of Batken sheep×Kirgiz sheep ram and ewe,and the best regression equations were established.The results showed that the body weight and body size indexes in F1 generation of Batken sheep×Kirgiz sheep were higher than those in Kirgiz sheep(P<0.01).The body weight and body size indexes of ram of F1 generation of Batken sheep×Kirgiz sheep were significantly higher than those of ewe(P<0.01).The body size indexes of male and female sheep were positively correlated with body weight(P<0.01),the body length had the greatest direct effect on the body weight,and the body height had the greatest indirect effect.The optimal regression equation between body weight and body size indexes in ram of F1 generation of Batken sheep×Kirgiz sheep was Y=0.558 X_(1)+0.596 X_(2)+0.448X_(3)-71.146(R^(2)=0.836,P<0.01),and that of ewe was Y=0.299X3+0.458 X_(2)+0.554X_(1)-53.288(R^(2)=0.803,P<0.01).The results indicated that the improvement effect of F1 generation of Batken sheep×Kirgiz sheep was better,and the important body size indexes affecting body weight were body height,body length and chest circumference.
