摘 要:为了筛选红外线体温计测量成年鸡体温的适宜部位,试验以100只成年海兰褐蛋鸡的冠、眼、耳叶、肉髯、翅下和胫部为测量部位,分别于2019年夏季(6月22—29日)、秋季(9月12—19日)、冬季(12月22—29日),用红外线体温计测量距离测量部位表面1,2,4 cm的温度,并用水银体温计测量试验鸡直肠温度并进行比较分析。结果表明:成年鸡冠、眼、耳叶、肉髯、翅下和胫部不同部位温度存在显著或极显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中以眼部为最高(31.73-38.51℃),与直肠温度(41.15-42.32℃)差异最小,肉髯和胫部为最低;不同季节成年鸡各部位温度之间均呈显著或极显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),但以眼部温度差异最小;不同距离测量成年鸡各部位的温度除胫部差异不显著外(P>0.05),其他部位均呈显著或极显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),其中以眼部温度差异最小。说明眼部应作为红外线体温计测量成年鸡体温的适宜部位。In order to select the suitable sites for measuring the body temperature of adult chickens with infrared thermometer,the combs,eyes,ear-lobes,wattles,under-wings and shanks of 100 adult Hyline brown layers were selected as measuring sites.The temperature of 1,2,4 cm from the surface of the measured part was measured with an infrared thermometer in 2019 summer(June 22 to 29),autumn(September 12 to 19)and winter(December 22 to 29),respectively.A mercury thermometer was used to measure the rectal temperature of the experimental chickens.The results showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01)in temperature of combs,eyes,ear-lobes,wattles,under-wings and shanks,among which the temperature of eyes was the highest(31.73-38.51℃),the difference with rectal temperature was the smallest(41.15-42.32℃),and the temperature of wattles and shanks were the lowest.There were significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01)in temperature of all parts of adult chickens in different seasons,but the difference of eyes temperature was the least.Except to shanks(P>0.05),there were also significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01)in temperature of parts of adult chickens measured from different distances,but the difference of eyes temperature was also the smallest.It indicated that the eyes should be the suitable place for the infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of adult chickens.
