一例犬肺性骨关节病的病例报告

摘　　要：1只3岁杜宾犬,因常出现咳嗽、运动不耐受、四肢关节肿胀变形和不明原因嚎叫而就诊,为了对该患犬进行诊治,采用X射线结合血液学检查进行诊断并进行手术治疗。结果表明:该犬确诊为肺性骨关节病。通过对肺脏肿物进行手术切除后,术后该患犬状态良好,之后因营养不良,并发肝腹水在3个月后以死亡转归。说明手术在无并发症的情况下,对肺性关节病的治疗具有一定的价值。A 3-year-old Doberman was treated for frequent coughing,exercise intolerance,swelling and deformation of limbs and joints,and unexplained howling.In order to diagnose and treat the dog,X-ray combined with hematological examination was used for diagnosis and surgical treatment was carried out.The results showed that the dog was diagnosed with pulmonary osteoarthropathy.After surgical treatment of the lung mass,the dog was in good condition after the operation,and then died of hepatic ascites due to malnutrition after 3 months.The results suggested that surgery had certain value in the treatment of pulmonary arthropathy without complications.
