“四黄+”保健剂对小尾寒羊生长性能和生化指标的影响

摘　　要：为了研究中草药添加剂对小尾寒羊生长性能和生化指标的影响,试验选择3月龄体重相近的健康断奶小尾寒羊公羔40只,随机分为对照组(CK组)和试验1,2,3组,每组10只,每只每天饲喂精料补充料600 g,粗饲料自由采食。试验1,2,3组分别在精料补充料中添加1%、2%、3%的"四黄+"保健剂,试验期为90 d,试验期间记录各组小尾寒羊的行为和发病情况,试验结束后测定各组羊只的采食量、日增重、血液生化指标。结果表明:与CK组和试验1组比较,试验2,3组无感冒、咽炎、支气管炎、传染性口疮、传染性腹泻等常见疾病发生。试验组1,2,3组小尾寒羊的粗料采食量、总采食量、日采食量较CK组极显著提高(P<0.01),试验2,3组的粗料采食量、总采食量、日采食量极显著高于试验1组和CK组(P<0.01)。与CK组比较,试验1,2,3组的末重显著提高(P<0.05);试验1,2,3组的料重比较CK组分别降低了3.31%、12.35%、11.14%,精料增重比分别降低了7.30%、19.68%、18.73%,试验组2的精料增重比下降最明显。CK组、试验1,2,3组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血糖、总胆红素、总胆汁酸、免疫球蛋白M、尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸的含量和丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性无显著差异(P>0.05);试验2,3组与CK组相比,总蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G含量显著提高(P<0.05)。说明在精料补充料中加入2%-3%"四黄+"保健剂能提高小尾寒羊生长性能和防病抗病能力。To study the effects of Chinese herb feed additives on growth performance and biochemical indexes of small-tailed Han sheep,forty 3-month-old healthy weaned male lambs with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into control group(CK group)and experimental groups 1,2 and 3,with 10 sheep in each group.Each lamb was fed with 600 g concentrate supplement daily,and the coarse fodder was fed freely.1%,2%and 3%"Sihuang+"medicine were added to concentrate supplement in experimental groups 1,2 and 3,respectively.The experiment lasted for 90 d.The behavior and morbidity of lambs were recorded in each group during the experiment.After the end of the experiment,the feed intake,daily gain and blood biochemical indexes of small-tailed Han sheep in each group were determined.The results showed that compared with CK and experimental group1,there were no common diseases such as cold,pharyngitis,bronchitis,infectious mouth sores and infectious diarrhea in experimental groups 2 and 3.The intake of crude fodder,total feed intake and daily feed intake of small tail Han sheep in experimental group 1,2 and 3 were significantly higher than those in CK group(P<0.01),and the intake of crude fodder,total feed intake and daily feed intake of small tail Han sheep in experimental groups 2 and 3 were significantly higher than those in CK group and experimental group 1(P<0.01).Compared with CK group,the final weight in experimental groups 1,2,3 increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared CK group,the feed-weight rate in experimental groups 1,2,3 was reduced by 3.31%,12.35%and 11.14%,respectively,and the concentrate weight gain ratio of experimental groups 1,2,3 was reduced by 7.30%,19.68%,18.73%,respectively.The concentrate weight gain ratio of experimental group 2 decreased most obviously.The contents of total cholesterol,triglyceride,blood glucose,total bilirubin,total bile acid,immunoglobulin M,urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid,and activity of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase in the CK group and experimental
