摘  要:为了评价厚朴及厚朴与益生菌联用对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的防治作用,试验将90只1日龄广西三黄鸡随机分为6组,即阴性对照组、阳性对照组、地克珠利组(地克珠利,0.2 mL/L饮水)、厚朴组(4%厚朴粉末拌料)、厚朴+益生菌组(4%厚朴粉末+0.2%益生菌拌料)和益生菌组(0.2%益生菌拌料),在雏鸡25日龄时将厚朴粉和益生菌按不同的比例加入饲料中,饲喂至35日龄。雏鸡于28日龄时,除阴性对照组外均人工感染柔嫩艾美耳球虫。试验结束后称量各组雏鸡体重,统计盲肠病变记分、每克粪便中卵囊数(OPG)和抗球虫指数(ACI),之后进行盲肠组织病理学观察,测定肠道ZO-1、Occludin基因的相对表达量。结果表明:在球虫感染情况下厚朴+益生菌组末重高于阳性对照组;厚朴组和厚朴+益生菌组盲肠病变记分显著低于阳性对照组(P<0.05),同时可以降低感染雏鸡OPG;厚朴组ACI为140.35,厚朴+益生菌组ACI为144.44,均达到中等抗球虫水平。厚朴组和厚朴+益生菌组ZO-1、Occludin基因的相对表达量均高于阳性对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明日粮中单独添加厚朴干燥粉或联合益生菌使用均可缓解感染球虫鸡的病变情况,对防治鸡球虫病具有一定效果。In order to evaluate the control effect of Magnolia officinalis and its combination with probiotics on chicken infection with Eimeria tenella coccidiosis,901-day-old Guangxi Sanhuang chickens were randomly divided into 6 groups:negative control group,positive control group,diclazuril group(diclazuril,0.2 mL/L,drinking water administration),Magnolia officinalis group(4%Magnolia officinalis powders,mixing medium),Magnolia officinalis+probiotic group(4%Magnolia officinalis powders+0.2%probiotics,mixing medium)and probiotic group(0.2%probiotics,mixing medium).When the chicks were 25 days old,Magnolia officinalis powder and probiotics were added into diets in different proportions and the chicks were fed to 35 days of age.All chicks were artificially infected with Eimeria tenella at 28 days of age except the negative control group.At the end of the experiment,the weight of chickens in each group was weighted,the score of cecal lesion,the number of oocysts per gram of feces(OPG)and anti-coccidiosis index(ACI)were counted.Histopathological observation of the cecum was performed,and the relative expressions of ZO-1 and Occludin genes were determined.The results showed that the final weight of Magnolia officinalis+probiotics group was higher than that of positive control group.The cecal lesion scores of Magnolia officinalis group and Magnolia officinalis+probiotics group were significantly lower than that in the positive control group(P<0.05),and the OPG of infected chicks could be decreased.The ACI of Magnolia officinalis group was 140.35,and that of the Magnolia officinalis+probiotics group was 144.44,both of which reached the medium level of anti-coccidiosis.The relative expression levels of ZO-1 and Occludin in Magnolia officinalis group and Magnolia officinalis+probiotic group were higher than those in the positive control group,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).The results indicated that the addition of magnolia dried powder alone or combined with probiotics could alleviate the pathological changes of
