日粮添加氧化锌对肉兔生长性能和血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：为了比较在日粮中添加硫酸锌(ZnSO_4)和氧化锌(ZnO)对肉兔的生长效果,试验选择30日龄断奶新西兰白兔180只,随机分为3组,每组10个重复,每个重复6只,分别在日粮中按锌水平50 mg/kg添加ZnSO_4(对照组)、按锌水平50 mg/kg和100 mg/kg添加ZnO(试验组),预试期5 d,试验期35 d,测定肉兔初始体重、期末体重、平均日采食量、平均日增重、料重比、死亡率、腹泻率及血清生化指标(血糖、尿素氮、总蛋白、球蛋白、血锌浓度和碱性磷酸酶活性)。结果表明:与对照组比较,50 mg/kg ZnO组肉兔平均日采食量和平均日增重显著降低(P<0.05),血清碱性磷酸酶活性和血锌浓度显著降低(P<0.05);100 mg/kg ZnO组肉兔生长性能与血清生化指标无显著差异(P>0.05),但肉兔腹泻率和死亡率有所降低(P>0.05)。说明在日粮中按锌水平100 mg/kg添加ZnO与按锌水平50 mg/kg添加ZnSO_(4)的肉兔生长效果相当,并更有利于肉兔发病率和死亡率的降低。In order to compare the growth effect of table rabbits adding zinc sulfate(ZnSO4)and zinc oxide(ZnO)to the diet.A total of 18030-day-old weaned New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into three groups with 10 replicates per group and 6 rabbits per replicate.The table rabbits were fed diets supplemented with ZnSO4(control group)at the zinc level of 50 mg/kg,ZnO(experimental group)at the zinc level of 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg,respectively.The prefeeding period was 5 days,and the experiment lasted for 35 days.The initial weight,final weight,average daily feed intake,average daily gain,gain to fead ratio,mortality rate,diarrhea rate and serum biochemical indices(the concentration of blood glucose,urea nitrogen,total protein,globulin,serum zinc and alkaline phosphatase activities)of table rabbits were determined.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of table rabbits in 50 mg/kg ZnO group were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the serum alkaline phosphatase activity and serum zinc concentration were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the growth performance and serum biochemical indices of table rabbits in 100 mg/kg ZnO group were not significantly different(P>0.05),but the diarrhea rate and mortality rate of table rabbits were decreased(P>0.05).The results indicated that dietary supplementation of ZnO at 100 mg/kg zinc level had the same growth effect as supplementation of ZnSO4 at 50 mg/kg zinc level,all contribute to the reduction of morbidity and mortality rate of table rabbits.
