芍药甘草汤联合平衡针治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察芍药甘草汤联合平衡针在治疗腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛的疗效。方法:将60例腰椎间盘突出症腰腿痛患者根据治疗方法分成治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组口服塞来昔布胶囊2周,治疗组采用芍药甘草汤煎服联合平衡针治疗,6 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。于首次治疗前、治疗2周后评定疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、日本骨科协会(JOA)下腰痛评分,记录压痛点个数,检测血清炎症因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)的水平。结果:治疗2周,治疗组临床疗效总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率63.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组VAS评分均较治疗前下降,JOA评分均较治疗前增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组VAS评分均低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组压痛点个数均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),治疗组压痛点个数少于对照组(P<0.05)。2组血清炎性因子IL-6、CRP水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组IL-6、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芍药甘草汤联合平衡针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的腰腿痛症状有明显疗效,可内调脏腑、外治筋结,减轻炎症反应,改善腰痛,提高腰部活动功能,见效快、不良反应小。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shaoyao Gancao tang combined with balance needle for lumbocrural pain caused by lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with lumbocrural pain caused by LDH were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the treatment method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given the oral administration of celecoxib capsules for two weeks.The treatment group was treated with Shaoyao Gancao tang combined with balance needle for two courses,with six days being a course.Before the first treatment and after two-week treatment,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores and lower back pain scores of Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)were assessed;the number of tenderness points was recorded;the contents of inflammatory factors including interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in serum were detected.Results:After twoweek treatment,the total effective rate was 90.0%in the treatment group and 63.3%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The scores of VAS in the two groups were decreased and the scores of JOA were increased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05).The score of VAS in the treatment group were lower and the score of JOA were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The numbers of tenderness points in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the number in the treatment group was smaller than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors including IL-6 and CRP in serum in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Shaoyao Gancao tang combined with balance needle for lumbocrural pain caused by LDH has significant curative effect,which can internally regulate viscera and bowels and extern
