半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃病的临床疗效及对患者血清胃泌素-17(G-17)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅱ(PGⅡ)水平的影响。方法:选取80例Hp相关性胃病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予三联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予半夏泻心汤治疗,2组均连续治疗4周。比较2组Hp根除率、临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候评分和血清G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平。结果:观察组Hp根除率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃脘胀满、纳差、恶心呕吐、嗳气泛酸评分及血清G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤联合三联疗法治疗Hp相关性胃病,能有效提高Hp根除率,改善患者的临床症状,降低其血清G-17、PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin tang combined with triple therapy for helicobacter pylori(Hp)-associated gastritis and its effect on levels of gastrin 17(G-17),pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ)and pepsinogenⅡ(PGⅡ)in serum.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with Hp-associated gastritis were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with triple therapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with Banxia Xiexin tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The Chinese medicine syndrome scores and the levels of G-17,PGⅠand PGⅡin serum before and after treatment as well as the Hp eradication rates and the clinical effect in the two groups were compared.Results:The Hp eradication rate was 92.50%in the observation group,higher than that of 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90.00%in the observation group,higher than that of 72.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of gastric fullness,poor appetite and digestion,nausea and vomiting and belching with pantothenic acid as well as the levels of G-17,PGⅠand PGⅡin serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin tang combined with triple therapy for Hp-associated gastritis can effectively improve Hp eradication rates and clinical symptoms,and reduce the levels of G-17,PGⅠand PGⅡin serum.
