竭香定痛胶囊联合西医常规治疗心肌梗死后心绞痛临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察竭香定痛胶囊联合西医常规治疗心肌梗死后心绞痛(PMIA)的临床疗效。方法:选取PMIA患者70例,随机分为对照组与研究组各35例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用竭香定痛胶囊治疗。治疗14 d后,观察比较2组临床疗效,对2组治疗前后血脂水平以及心绞痛持续时间与发作次数进行对比分析。结果:研究组总有效率为94.3%,高于对照组的74.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血脂指标高脂血症(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组TG、TC、LDL-C水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组3项指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间均较治疗前减少,且研究组心绞痛发作次数及持续时间均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:竭香定痛胶囊联合西医常规治疗PMIA能够有效提高临床疗效,降低血脂水平,改善临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Jiexiang Dingtong capsules combined with conventional western medicine on post-myocardial infarction angina(PMIA).Methods:Seventy PMIA patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine western treatment,and the study group was additionally treated with Jiexiang Dingtong capsules based on the treatment of the control group.After 14 days of treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups was observed and compared;the levels of blood lipid,the duration of angina and the frequency of attacks before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate was 94.3%in the study group,higher than that of 74.3%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of the levels of hyperlipidemia(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above three levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of the frequency and duration of angina attacks between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the frequency and duration of angina attacks in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the ones in the study group were less than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Jiexiang Dingtong capsules combined with conventional western medicine for PMIA can effectively improve the clinical effect,reduce the level of blood lipid and improve the clinical symptoms of angina.
