摘　　要：王克穷主任认为,肾癌术后合并泛发性湿疹的病因病机为病久或素体虚弱,脾为湿所困,脏腑经络失于濡养,久而伤肺,肌肤失养,耗伤阴血,化燥生风致血虚风燥,发为本病。和法为中医八法之一,常通过和解少阳、调和脾胃、疏肝和胃等治法,达到祛除病邪、调和阴阳的作用。肾癌术后合并泛发性湿疹,病况冗杂,攻伐消积恐难奏效,当以和法调之,扶助正气,使表里、上下、脏腑、气血和调。Director WANG Keqiong believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of widespread eczema after surgery for kidney cancer is due to long illness or weak body,leading to damp encumbrance of the spleen,and the failure of the zang-fu organs and meridians and collaterals to be nourished.And after a long time,the lung thus gets hurt,the skin fails to be nourished,the yin-blood gets damaged,and dryness is formed and then the wind is produced,causing blood deficiency and wind-dryness,which eventually results in this disease.As one of the eight methods of Chinese medicine,harmonization is often used to dispel pathogenic factors and harmonize yin and yang by harmonizing Shaoyang,harmonizing the spleen and stomach,and smoothing the liver and harmonizing the stomach.After surgery for kidney cancer,the condition of widespread eczema is miscellaneous,and the method of attacking or dispersing accumulation hardly plays its effect.Therefore,harmonization should be used to regulate the disease,so as to support the healthy qi and harmonize the interior and the exterior,the upper and the lower,the zang organs and fu organs,as well as qi and blood.
