摘　　要：目的:观察龙血竭胶囊联合磺胺嘧啶银乳膏治疗新生儿压疮的临床疗效。方法:将64例新生儿Ⅱ~Ⅲ期压疮根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各32例,对照组给予磺胺嘧啶银乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用龙血竭胶囊外敷治疗,比较2组临床疗效和创面愈合时间、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期压疮总有效率分别为100%、95.45%,对照组分别为78.95%、71.43%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期压疮创面愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组在治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:龙血竭胶囊联合磺胺嘧啶银乳膏治疗新生儿Ⅱ~Ⅲ期压疮疗效确切,可明显加快创面愈合速度,且无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Longxuejie capsules combined with sulfadiazine silver cream for neonatal pressure ulcers.Methods:A total of 64 cases of neonates with pressure ulcers at stage II to III were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sulfadiazine silver cream,and the observation group was additionally given external application with Longxuejie capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect,wound healing time and incidences of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rates of pressure ulcers at stageⅡandⅢwere 100%and 95.45%respectively in the observation group,and 78.95%and 71.43%respectively in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The wound healing time of pressure ulcers at stageⅡandⅢin the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).During treatment,no severe adverse reaction occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:The therapy of Longxuejie capsules combined with sulfadiazine silver cream for neonatal pressure ulcers at stageⅡtoⅢhas definite curative effect,and can significantly accelerate the speed of wound healing without obvious adverse reaction.
