中医循证护理对前列腺增生症手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究中医循证护理对前列腺增生症手术患者的影响。方法:纳入83例前列腺增生症患者进行前瞻性研究,将患者随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组实行常规护理模式,研究组在对照组基础上加用中医循证护理,2组患者均连续护理7 d。护理结束后根据国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷表(ICI-Q-SF)对2组患者进行尿失禁程度评价,根据焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行焦虑与抑郁程度评价。结果:研究组尿失禁程度低于对照组,SAS评分和SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医循证护理对前列腺增生症手术患者术后的尿失禁并发症改善明显,对患者的心理状态具有积极作用。Objective:To study the effect of evidence-based nursing of Chinese medicine on patients after surgery for prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 83 cases of patients after surgery for prostatic hyperplasia were enrolled to conduct a prospective study.All patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was additionally given evidence-based nursing of Chinese medicine based on the nursing of the control group.Both groups were continuously treated for seven days.After nursing,the degree of urinary incontinence was evaluated by International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Urinary Incontinence-Short Form(ICIQ-UI-SF),and the degree of anxiety and depression was evaluated by Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)respectively.Results:The degree of urinary incontinence in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of SAS and SDS were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients after surgery for prostatic hyperplasia,evidence-based nursing of Chinese medicine has a significant effect on improving postoperative urinary incontinence and a positive effect on their psychological state.
