摘  要:为研究不同光质对豌豆芽苗菜生长及品质的影响,以"绿山谷麻豌豆2号"为研究对象,在育苗纸上进行栽培,共设置对照(白光)、红光∶蓝光=3∶1、红光∶蓝光=4∶1、红光∶蓝光=5∶1、红光∶蓝光=9∶1、红光∶蓝光=7∶3、红光∶绿光∶蓝光=6∶2∶1、红光∶绿光∶蓝光=9∶1∶0、红光∶绿光∶蓝光=8∶1∶1、红光∶绿光∶蓝光=7∶1∶2共计10个处理对豌豆芽苗菜进行试验研究,在第8天时,测定豌豆芽苗菜生长及品质指标,以期筛选豌豆芽苗菜最适光质。结果表明:红光∶绿光∶蓝光=9∶1∶0的植株株高最高,其次是红光∶蓝光=5∶1和3∶1;红光∶蓝光=3∶1的植株茎粗最粗及根系长度最长;红光∶绿光∶蓝光=9∶1∶0的植株地上部鲜质量、经济产量、可食率最大,其次是红光∶蓝光=5∶1;红光∶蓝光=5∶1的植株全株鲜质量、全株干质量和生物产量最大,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b含量及类胡萝卜素显著高于其他处理。综上所述,处理3 (红光∶蓝光=5∶1)能促进植株生长,提高生物产量,有效增加植株干物质含量的积累,因此红光∶蓝光=5∶1可作为豌豆芽苗菜生长的适宜光质。In order to study effects of different light quality on growth and quality of pea sprouts,"Green Valley Ma Pea No. 2"was cultivated on seedling paper. The pea sprouts were treated with 10 treatments,white light as control,red light ∶ blue light= 3 ∶ 1,red light ∶ blue light = 4 ∶ 1,red light ∶ blue light = 5 ∶ 1,red light ∶ blue light = 9 ∶ 1,red light ∶ blue light = 7 ∶ 3,red light ∶ green light ∶ blue light = 6 ∶ 2 ∶ 1,red light ∶ green light ∶ blue light = 9 ∶ 1 ∶ 0,red light ∶ green light ∶ blue light =8 ∶ 1 ∶ 1,red light ∶ green light ∶ blue light = 7 ∶ 1 ∶ 2. On the 8 th day,growth and quality indexes of pea sprouts were determined in order to screen the optimum light quality of pea sprouts. Results showed that,plant height of red light ∶ green light ∶ blue light = 9 ∶ 1 ∶ 0 was the highest,followed by red light ∶ blue light = 5 ∶ 1 and 3 ∶ 1;the plant with red light ∶ blue light = 3 ∶ 1 had the thickest stem and the longest root length. The plant with red light ∶ green light ∶ blue light = 9 ∶ 1 ∶ 0 had the highest above ground fresh weight,economic yield and edible rate,followed by red light ∶ blue light = 5 ∶ 1. The plant with red light ∶ blue light = 5 ∶ 1 had the highest fresh weight,dry weight and biological yield,and the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a + b and carotenoid were significantly higher than those of other treatments. To sum up,treatment 3( red light ∶blue light = 5 ∶ 1) could promote plant growth,increase biological yield and effectively increase accumulation of plant dry matter content. Therefore,red light ∶ blue light = 5 ∶ 1 could be used as the light quality for growth of pea sprouts.
