摘　　要：高质量发展阶段的政治经济学基础在于生产方式的历史演进。通过梳理学界关于生产方式的各种定义,可以得出狭义和广义生产方式的二维视角,前者聚焦不同工业化发展阶段的劳动方式,后者关注"生产为谁服务"的生产目的。就狭义生产方式而言,高质量发展是新一轮工业革命在规模化生产之外追求质量效益的必然要求;就广义生产方式而言,是坚持以人民为中心,以满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的为目的的发展。因此,高质量发展阶段的政治经济学基础可以归结为新科技革命所要求的劳动方式,以及符合新时代社会主义生产目的的生产社会型式。Political economic foundation of high-quality development stage depends on the historical evolu-tion of production mode.By summarizing the definitions of production mode in the academic field,a two-di-mensional perspective can be derived in both narrow and broad senses.The former focuses on the model of la-bor in different industrial stages,and the latter concentrates on the production purpose of "for whom produc-tion serves".As for the narrow production mode,high-quality development is an inevitable requirement for the new industrial revolution round to chase quality benefits beyond mass production.As for the broad production mode,it is a high-quality development that adheres to people-oriented and the aims to meet the growing need of the people for a better life.Therefore,the political economic foundation of the high-quality develop-ment stage can be attributed to the labor mode required by the new scientific and technological revolution,and the social production model that meets the socialist production purpose in the new age.
