智能革命的技术经济范式主导逻辑

摘　　要：很多对于技术经济范式的研究试图利用其将企业的微观层面与经济的宏观层面联系起来,但这一方面导致技术经济范式概念的理解层面跳跃甚至混淆,另一方面削弱了技术经济范式的宏观解释力。因此,本文尝试利用技术经济范式主导逻辑来解决此类问题。技术经济范式主导逻辑是参与主体关于通用技术、经济租金、组织形态形成的共识。蒸汽革命使人类生产摆脱了对人力和畜力的依赖,极大提高了生产效率;电气革命开启了人类社会的工业化进程;信息革命推进了贸易和商业的全球化;智能革命以增强人类思维能力为特征推进智能经济快速发展。我国应把握智能革命带来的历史性机遇,充分发挥参与主体对数据技术、智能经济和网络化生产组织的推动力,以需求引领技术经济范式跃迁的方向,推进数据基础服务,赋能新基建,从而形成新时期发展优势。Previous studies of Techno-Economic Paradigms(TEP)tried to apply the concept of TEP to.connect the micro-level of firm with the macro-level of economy.On one hand,those efforts confused the un-derstanding of TEP even in the macro-level.And on the other hand,it has weakened the macro-explaining power of the concept of TEP.This paper proposes the concept of Dominant Logic of Techno-Economic Para-digms(DLTEP)to address this issue.DLTEP is the actors’overview of general-purpose technologies,eco-nomic rents and organization modes,which is the fundamental direction for their strategy.The steam revolution freed human production from dependence on human and animal power,and greatly improved production effi-ciency.The Electric Revolution started the industrialization of human society.The Information Revolution pro-moted the globalization of trade and business.The Intelligent Revolution is characterized by enhancing human thinking ability to promote the rapid development of intelligent economy.China should seize the historic oppor-tunity brought by the intelligent revolution,give full play to the driving force of the participants in data tech-nology,intelligent economy and networked production organizations,lead the direction of technological and e-conomic paradigm transition with demand,promote data-based services,empower new infrastructure,and form development advantages in the new era.
