江西省绿色发展水平测度与空间分异分析

摘　　要：借鉴国内外绿色发展测度指标体系和测度方法,结合江西省绿色发展特色,从绿色环境、绿色生产、绿色生活、绿色政策等4个维度构建江西省绿色发展评价指标体系。运用熵权法、泰尔指数(Theil Index)、莫兰指数(Moran Index)对2009—2019年江西省11个地级市的绿色发展水平、区域差异和空间关系进行评价与分析,并基于江西绿色发展水平测度结果和国家生态文明试验区(江西)建设实际提出了促进江西绿色发展水平提升的政策建议。主要结论包括:(1)江西省各地级市绿色发展水平从高到低依次为鹰潭、南昌、景德镇、新余、吉安、赣州、九江、抚州、宜春、上饶、萍乡;(2)江西省各地级市绿色发展水平存在地区差异,组内差异是总体差异的主要来源,但总体差异近年来正在不断降低,各地级市间绿色发展开始趋于地域均衡;(3)江西省各地级市间绿色发展水平存在显著空间集聚效应,且江西省绿色发展水平相近的地级市空间集聚处于波动状态。Drawing lessons from the current index system and methods of green development,and combining the characteristics of green development in Jiangxi Province,this article constructs evaluation system from four aspects which involve green environment,green production,green life and green policies,and analyzes the green development level,regional differences and spatial relationships in 11 prefecture-level cities of Jiangxi Province from 2009 to 2018 applying the methods of entropy-weight,Theil index and Moran index.The main conclusions include:1)The order of green development level from high to low is:Yingtan,Nanchang,Jingdezhen,Xinyu,Ji’an,Ganzhou,Jiujiang,Fuzhou,Yichun,Shangrao,Pingxiang.2)It shows the regional differences in the green development level of each city in Jiangxi Province,intra-group differences are the main source of overall differences,but the overall differences have been declining in recent years,and green development tends to be regionally balanced.3)There is a significant spatial agglomeration effect in the green development level among various cities of Jiangxi Province,it presents fluctuating phenomenon among cities which are at the similar development level.
