摘  要:以济宁市为例,在分析采煤塌陷现状及2020、2025年预测数据的基础上,从开采沉陷特点、塌陷区稳定性、土地利用影响等角度对高潜水位矿区采煤塌陷地损毁特征进行深入剖析,提出了适合于济宁市的采煤塌陷地治理边界判定标准,最终确定了适合济宁市的采煤塌陷地复垦模式。结果表明:高潜水位矿区下沉范围大,积水严重;治理过程中需加强基本稳沉区与采动影响区的工作,避免末端治理;高潜水位矿区采煤塌陷形成的季节性积水、常年积水对农田、建筑等影响巨大,破坏方式与程度有别于其他区域。在考虑开采沉陷差异、未来开采以及地域性特点等前提下将济宁市采煤塌陷地划分为4个不同的功能区,并分区进行治理模式分析。Taking Jining city as an example,based on the analysis of the current situation of mining subsidence and the prediction data in 2020 and 2025,analyzes the characteristics of mining subsidence,the stability of subsidence area,the impact of land use,etc.,and puts forward the judgment standard of coal mining subsidence land treatment boundary suitable for Jining city,and finally determines the suitable for Jining city,the model of coal mining subsidence land reclamation.The results show that the subsidence range of high water level mining area is large,and the ponding is serious;in the treatment process,it is necessary to strengthen the investment in the basic stable subsidence area and the mining affected area to avoid the end treatment;the seasonal ponding and perennial ponding caused by mining collapse in high water level mining area have a huge impact on farmland and buildings,and the damage mode and degree are different from other areas.Considering the differences of coal mining subsidence,future mining and regional characteristics,Jining coal mining subsidence land is divided into four different functional areas,and the governance model is analyzed in different areas.
