摘 要:以某煤矿921复采工作面为研究对象,采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场实测等方法,探讨了复采工作面围岩破坏机理。结果表明:工作面与老巷间煤柱宽度为1.9 m时,煤柱失载,造成工作面悬顶距增大,工作面围岩破碎。利用平面离散元UDEC软件模拟不同采高下围岩破碎特征,分析得到了工作面合理采高,当采高为2 m时,相对于采高为2.4 m和3 m,工作面压力较小,煤柱破坏程度低,通过对工作面顶板和煤壁位移的分析,得出煤柱宽度大于16 m时,3种采高下工作面围岩位移相差不大且绝对值较小,煤柱小于16 m时,工作面围岩位移开始增大,2 m采高下工作面围岩位移相对较小。Taking the 921 working face of a coal mine as the research background,the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement are used to discuss the failure mechanism of surrouding rock in working face.The results show that when the width of the coal pillar between the working face and the old roadway is 1.9 m,the coal pillar loses load,which causes the hanging roof length increase and the surrounding rock in working face to be broken.Using the plane discrete element UDEC software to simulate the breaking characteristics of surrounding rock at different mining height,the reasonable mining height of the working face has obtained.When the mining height is 2 m,compared with the mining height of 2.4 m and 3 m,the working face pressure is smaller and the damage degree of coal pillar is lower.Through the analysis of the displacement of roof and coal wall,it is concluded that when the width of the coal pillar is more than 16 m,the displacement of the surrounding rock of the working face of the three mining heights has little difference and the absolute value is small.When the coal pillar is less than 16 m,the displacement of the surrounding rock of the working face increase,and the displacement of the surrounding rock of the working face of 2 m mining height is smaller.
