摘  要:为解决特厚煤层综放工作面停采位置不合理、停采周期长成本高的问题,以同忻矿8309工作面为地质背景,通过分析回采正常放煤阶段顶板活动规律,探究其平均来压步距和来压强度,确定不放煤距离及停采位置。首次采用高强聚酯纤维柔性网代替金属网进行工作面回撤铺顶,探索铺顶工艺,同时优化停采支护方案。生产实践表明:正确的停采位置同时采用高强聚酯纤维柔性网回撤铺顶再配合合理的停采支护,使得8309工作面停采时间短(12 d)、效率高、成本低,创造了良好的社会经济效益。In order to solve the problems of unreasonable stopping mining position and high stopping mining period in full-mechanized caving face of extra-thick coal seam,the 8309 working face of Tongxin mine is taken as the geological background,and the roof activity rules during normal stopping mining stage of stopping mining are analyzed,and the average pressure step distance and pressure strength are explored to determine the stopping mining distance and stopping mining position.For the first time,high strength polyester fiber flexible mesh is used instead of metal mesh to carry out roof retracting,explore the roof laying process,and optimize the stopping mining support scheme.The production practice shows that the correct stopping mining location and the use of high-strength polyester fiber flexible network retracting and laying top together with reasonable stopping mining support make the stopping mining time of 8309 working face short(12 days),high efficiency,low cost,and create good social and economic benefit.
