摘  要:井工煤炭开采中,长壁综采工作面普遍留设煤柱并遗弃,造成煤炭资源浪费。为减少这部分损失,研究设计了宽巷掘进后,采用简易自支撑模板工艺,模板与煤壁夹墙喷射或浇注配制混凝土,施工1道高强度高密封人工钢筋混凝土预留支柱隔离墙,置换煤柱。实现长壁无煤柱综采,提高煤炭资源回收率。同时增强下一工作面沿空侧顶板支护强度,再次沿空掘进和采煤时,近于实体。In underground coal mining,coal pillars are generally left and abandoned in long wall fully mechanized working face,resulting in waste of coal resources.In order to reduce this part of the loss,the simple self-supporting formwork technology is adopted after the wide roadway excavation.The formwork and the coal wall sandwich wall are sprayed or poured to prepare concrete,and a high strength and high sealing artificial reinforced concrete pillar isolation wall is constructed to replace the coal pillar.Realize long wall fully mechanized mining without coal pillar and improve the recovery rate of coal resources.At the same time,strengthen the next working face along the goaf side of the roof support strength,again along the goaf driving and mining,close to the entity.
