摘 要:针对沿墙掘进巷道因采动压力产生的墙体及围岩变形问题,通过计算巷道顶板各岩层破断形式,揭示了墙体载荷与采空区侧向顶板悬臂长度的关系。在切顶卸压基础上,采用注浆加固实现了巷道围岩重塑,使巷道因邻近采空区顶板弯曲下沉而造成破碎的围岩恢复完整性。在重塑围岩后通过强力支护手段有效控制了围岩变形。通过分析注浆前后围岩结构和矿压监测情况,此技术获得了良好的支护效果,顺利保障了工作面无煤柱开采。In view of the deformation of wall and surrounding rock caused by mining pressure,the relationship between wall load and cantilever length of side roof in goaf is revealed by calculating the broken form of each rock stratum in the roof of roadway.On the basis of roof cutting and pressure relief,the surrounding rock of roadway is remolded by grouting reinforcement,and the integrity of broken surrounding rock caused by bending and sinking of adjacent goaf roof is restored.The deformation of surrounding rock can be effectively controlled by means of strong support after remolding the surrounding rock.Through the analysis of the effect before and after grouting and the monitoring of the ore pressure,the technology has obtained good support effect,and the mining without coal pillar in the working face is ensured smoothly.
