摘 要:针对保德煤矿主采的8#煤层属典型的多夹矸结构复杂的低阶厚煤层的特点,开展了低阶厚煤层立体分层水力割缝钻孔瓦斯抽采技术的研究。通过应用井下双向立体交错水力割缝钻孔联合抽采瓦斯,快速达到工作面采前瓦斯抽采达标目的,一方面工作面形成立体分层抽采钻孔布置格局;另一方面有效降低钻孔应力集中和钻孔周围煤体裂隙。应用结果表明:应用低阶厚煤层立体分层水力割缝钻孔瓦斯抽采技术可有效降低煤层瓦斯含量,使工作面满足回采前的瓦斯抽采达标。试验期间,有效减少抽采钻孔工程量1.41万m,累计抽采瓦斯量1 651.93万m^(3),煤层瓦斯预抽率达到58.96%。Aiming at the characteristics of the 8#coal seam,which is the main mining of Baode coal mine,is a typical low-rank thick coal seam with complex multi-gangue structure,a study on gas drainage technology for low-rank thick coal seams with three-dimensional layered hydraulic slot drilling has been carried out.Through the application of underground two-way three-dimensional staggered hydraulic slotted drilling combined with gas drainage,the goal of pre-mining gas drainage at the working face can be quickly achieved.On the one hand,the working face forms a three-dimensional layered drainage drilling layout;on the other hand,the drilling is effectively reduced stress concentration and coal cracks around the borehole.The application results show that the application of three-dimensional layered hydraulic slot drilling gas drainage technology in low-rank thick coal seams can effectively reduce the gas content of the coal seam,so that the working face can meet the gas drainage standard before the stop.During the test period,the amount of drainage drilling was effectively reduced by 14100 m,the cumulative amount of gas drainage was 16519300 m^(3),and the coal seam gas pre-drainage rate reached 58.96%.
