摘 要:地面多分支水平井注浆技术作为煤矿区域水害治理关键技术之一,多分支水平注浆井采用三开井身结构。针对于二开套管损坏变形为研究对象,进行了钻进与注浆过程可能造成套管损环变形机理因素分析:套管磨损、注浆扰动、固井质量效果等方面。基于因素机理分析分别从套管磨损预防、套管剪切损坏预防、固井质量效果差预防等方面细化,深入研究了预防二开套管损坏变形措施。Technology of ground multi-branch horizontal well grouting is one of the key technologies for water hazard control in coal mines.Multi-branch horizontal grouting wells adopt the three-open well structure.Aiming at the damage and deformation of the second casing as the research object,the analysis of the mechanism factors that may cause the casing damage and deformation during the drilling and grouting process:casing wear,grouting disturbance,cementing quality effect and so on.Based on the above-mentioned mechanism analysis,the measures to prevent the damage and deformation of the secondary casing are studied in detail from the aspects of casing wear prevention,casing shear damage prevention,poor cementing quality prevention.
