摘 要:针对目前煤矿用钻机在施工时,只能靠人工观察旋转压力表、推进压力表等情况来判断卡钻的可能性,由于人工反应时间的滞后性及事故发生的不确定性从而降低了钻进效率,甚至还会发生钻具被完全卡死而丢失钻杆和钻头的现象。通过分析石油自动钻进技术和煤矿井下钻进过程中导致卡钻的因素及其各因素的重要性,建立了煤矿用防卡钻算法模型,通过对该模型的控制和工业性试验,使钻机工作在钻进效率高、卡钻可能性小的状态。从而提高生产效率,降低卡钻事故的发生。In view of the current construction of a coal mine drilling machine,it is possible to judge the possibility of drilling by manual observation of the rotating pressure meter and pushing the pressure gauge to judge the possibility of drilling.The drilling efficiency is reduced by the lag of artificial reaction time and the uncertainty of the accident,and even the drill rod and drill will be lost and the drill pipe and the drill bit are lost phenomenon.Through the comparison of oil automatic drilling technology,analyzes the factors and the importance of various factors that lead to the drilling in the process of drilling in the coal mine,and through the control system,the adjustment of the main factors that lead to the possible card drilling makes the drilling machine work in a state of high drilling efficiency and small drills.So as to improve production efficiency and reduce the occurrence of sticking accidents.
