摘 要:以宁夏某选煤厂煤泥为研究对象,研究干化对煤泥性质的影响。经过干化30 min,煤泥水分含量由28.10%干燥至10%以下,干燥后的煤泥呈条状,可直接掺入末煤产品。因发热量高低与煤泥灰分有直接影响,煤泥水分干燥至18%左右时,发热量可提高700 cal/g左右。煤泥干化能够促进解决煤泥排放造成环境污染的问题,而且提高了煤泥的发热量,提高了煤泥附加值。Taking the coal slime in Ningxia as the research object,the influence of drying on the properties of slime was studied.After drying for 30 min,the moisture content of coal slime is dried from28.10%to less than 10%,and the dried coal slime is in strip shape,which can be directly mixed with pulverized coal products.Because the calorific value is directly affected by the ash content of coal slime,when the moisture content of coal slime is about 18%,the calorific value can be increased by about 700 cal/g.Slime drying can promote the solution of environmental pollution caused by slime discharge,and improve the calorific value of slime and the added value of slime.
