摘　　要：随着中华人民共和国和俄罗斯联邦关于发展新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系的联合声明正式签署,双方务实合作呈现出前所未有的新气象,由单纯的能源、货物贸易,拓展至农业、科技创新、金融、基础设施等各领域全方位合作。中国与俄罗斯同为农业大国,在农业发展战略与规划中存在着一系列值得借鉴与合作的潜能。With the joint declaration on the ‘People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation on the Development of a Comprehensive Strategic and Cooperative Partnership in the New Era’ officially signed, the pragmatic cooperation of the two parties presents an unprecedented new atmosphere, expanding from energy and goods trade to agriculture, scientific and technological innovation, financial, infrastructure and other fields. Both are Both as agricultural countries, China and Russia face cooperation potential in the agricultural development strategy and planning.
