摘　　要：目的:探讨贫血患者进行临床诊断中应用血常规检验的作用。方法:2019.1-2020.12入住本院接受血常规检查的114例患者,分为健康组、缺铁贫血、巨幼红细胞性贫血。对三组进行血液抽样检查,统计指标。结果:各组间各项血液检查项目数据分析存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:将血常规检验用于贫血患者诊断中,可以帮助医生对患者进行评估。Objective: To investigate the role of blood routine in the clinical diagnosis of anemia patients. Methods: A total of 114 patients admitted to our hospital for blood routine examination from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into a healthy group, an iron deficiency anemia group and megaloblastic anemia group. Blood sampling was carried out for the three groups, and the indicators were compared. Results: There were significant differences in the data analysis of blood test items among all groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Blood routine test of anemia patients can help doctors in diagnosis.
