摘　　要：欧盟为实现单一市场内的商品自由流动和高水准的产品安全,建立了一套相对完善的产品安全监管制度。本文从欧盟产品安全技术法规框架出发,阐述了欧盟产品安全法规的法治基础。在此基础上,系统梳理了欧盟产品安全监管的主要制度设计,并从制度运行的角度评述其实际应用情况。通过总结欧盟产品安全监管的主要做法和经验,为我国产品安全监管制度设计提供可借鉴的启示。For achieving the free movement of goods and high level of product safety in the single market, European Union established a set of relatively integrated supervision system of product safety. This paper starts from the coordination mechanism of product safety technical regulations in the EU, summarizes the regulation framework of product safety, introduces the primary measures of supervision, and comments on the practical application from the perspective of system operation. By summarizing the primary practices and experience of product safety management in the EU, some inspirations are provided for the design of China’s product safety supervision system.
