摘　　要：科技名人档案资源整合在"数智"赋能时代面临机遇与挑战,有必要从实践角度反思这一时期科技名人档案资源整合现状。分析"数智"赋能背景下科技名人档案资源整合缺失的方面,着重探讨了科技名人档案资源整合的动因,立足实践提出"资源本位、分析矛盾、注重平衡、风险意识、问题导向、协作参与"的整合思路。The resource integration of science and technology celebrity archives faces both opportunities and challenges in the era of data intelligence empowerment.Analyzing why we should pay attention to the resource integration of science and technology celebrity archives from a practical point of view in this period is the inevitable way to realize the deep development of science and technology celebrity archives.Based on the interpretation of the current situation and practice of the integration of the archives resources of scientific and technological celebrities under the background of"digital intelligence",this paper focuses on the motivation of the integration of the archives resources of scientific and technological celebrities,and points out the integration thoughts of"resource-based strategic thinking,analysis of contradictions,attention to balance,risk awareness,problem orientation,cooperation and participation**.
