摘　　要：结合S890高强度无缝钢管在液压支架立柱中的应用,对S890高强度无缝钢管材料成分、热处理工艺、焊接工艺等进行研究分析。使用JMatPro仿真软件计算分析材料的过冷奥氏体转变过程,确定了材料淬火温度,并采用试验分析的方法,分析不同回火温度对组织和机械性能的影响,确定了最佳回火温度。同时,对S890的焊接性及冷裂纹敏感性进行分析,采用窄间隙焊接工艺,进行了焊接工艺试验,确定了焊接工艺。Based on the application of S890 high-strength seamless steel pipe in the column of the hydraulic support,the material composition,heat treatment process and welding process of S890 high-strength seamless steel pipe were studied and analyzed.JMatPro simulation software was applied to calculate and analyze the transformation process of overcooled austenite,and the quenching temperature of the material was determined.The influence of the tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties was analyzed by means of test analysis,and the optimum tempering temperature was determined.Moreover,the weldability and the cold crack sensitivity of S890 were analyzed.The welding process was tested by narrow-gap welding technology,and then the welding process was determined.
