摘  要:针对鹤煤公司六矿设备老化、功能落后、故障率高、传动效率低,严重影响矿井正常生产的问题,将塔式提升机传动系统中平行轴减速器更换为行星齿轮减速器,同时增加一套润滑站;将双机绕线式电动机拖动改为单机变频鼠笼式电动机拖动;对设备基础的横梁、立柱等承重结构进行碳纤维加固,确保提升系统基础构架的安全可靠。通过以上措施,实现了对该矿提升系统的最佳控制。The equipments in No.6 mine of Hebi Coal Industry Company aged with backward function,high failure ratio and low transmission efficiency,which seriously affected the normal production in the mine.Thus a planetary reducer was applied to replace the parallel-shaft reducer in the transmission system of the tower hoist,and a set of lubrication station was added;the double winding motor was replaced with single variable frequency squirrel-cage motor;the bearing components of the equipments such as beam and column etc.were reinforced with carbon fiber,so as to ensure the firmness and reliability of the basic framework of the hoisting system.After the implementation of above measures,the optimal control for the hoisting system in the mine was realized.
