摘  要:针对旋回破碎机动锥在低转速下的生产率计算问题,基于散体物料运动特性和层压破碎理论,建立了破碎机理论生产率计算模型。对物料在挤压和排料半周期的运动特性进行研究,推导出物料的运动方程,并采用数值计算方法求解;从层压破碎理论出发,提出了根据单颗粒物料运动轨迹对破碎腔分层划分的方法,根据物料在堵塞层的上拱速度和排料速度进行理论生产率计算。以 PXF6089 旋回破碎机为例,进行离散元法仿真和现场测量试验。结果表明:生产率理论计算值在仿真和现场测量的可行域中,验证了该旋回破碎机理论生产率计算模型的可行性。In view of the calculation of the productivity of the gyratory crusher at low speed of the moving cone,the paper established the model of calculating the theoretical productivity of the crusher based on the kinematic characteristics and the laminating crushing theory of material.And then,it studied the kinematic characteristics of material during the semi-period of extrusion and discharge,deduced the kinematic equations of material,and applied numerical calculation method to solve the equations.In addition,based on the laminating crushing theory,the paper proposed the method of laminating the crushing cavity according to the motion trajectory of single particle,and calculated the theoretical productivity in terms of the upwards creeping speed and the discharging speed of clogged layer.Taking PXF6089 gyratory crusher as the example,the discrete element simulation and field test were conducted.The results showed the calculated value of the theoretical productivity was in the feasible region of simulation and field test,which verified the feasibility of the model of calculating the theoretical productivity of the gyratory crusher.
