摘 要:分别介绍了单段半自磨流程(SSSAG)、半自磨+球磨流程(SAB)、半自磨+球磨+破碎流程(SABC)在矿山半自磨工艺中的应用情况,同时对这3种半自磨工艺的适用性进行了阐述。SSSAG流程受矿石性质、设计和操作参数影响较大,应用有一定的局限性;SAB、SABC流程对矿石性质的变化适应性较强,应用越来越广泛。随着矿石性质越来越复杂,SSSAG和SAB流程已经不能满足生产需求,SABC工艺流程则成为首选方案。最后总结了半自磨工艺将逐渐朝着国产大型化、智能化方向发展,对今后的矿山工艺流程设计起到一定的借鉴作用。The paper separately introduced the application status of single-stage semi-autogenous grinding(SS SAG)process,semi-autogenous grinding+ball milling(SAB)process and semi-autogenous grinding+ball milling+crushing(SABC)process in semi-autogenous grinding technology of the mine,and the adaptability of the three semi-autogenous grinding process was described.SS SAG process was greatly affected by ore properties,design and operating parameters,thus it was of certain limitation;SAB process and SABC process were more adaptable to variation of ore properties,and more and more widely applied.However,as the ore properties become more and more complex,SS SAG process and SAB process could no longer meet the production requirements,and SABC process had become the first consideration.At last,the paper concluded that the semi-autogenous grinding process would gradually develop towards the direction of domestic large-scale and intelligence,which served as a reference for future design of the process flow in mine.
